Labyrinth Walks

“The point of a maze is to find its center. The point of a Labyrinth is to find your center” Unknown

“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everthing we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.”

Greg Anderson

Labyrinth Walks

Labyrinths have been used for thousands of years for meditation, spiritual growth and even amusement. They are also considered a symbol of wholeness. Labyrinths can be used as a tool for walking meditation which can help reduce stress, encourage insight and to help quiet the mind. Labyrinths combine the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a purposeful path which is a symbol of wholeness.

They are an ancient contemplative tool that can also help with personal and spiritual growth. The labyrinth represents a journey to the center and back out into the world. This is one of the ancient practices that help us find our center and awaken our playful sense of wonder. Join our mailing list and we will keep you posted on the upcoming labyrinth walks.
